The student housing is formed by 4 buildings which give space for all together 200 students. This Hyper-Speed Dormitory project was designed by Kaplan Thompson Architects and constructed by Consigli Construction.

The prefabrication process commenced with detailed design and engineering work. Precise measurements and specifications were utilized to fabricate the necessary building components in a dedicated facility. Once the components were ready, they were shipped to the site and assembled. This use of prefabricated components minimized on-site labor and reduced potential disruptions caused by inclement weather conditions.
